Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF): 50–70% (or higher in healthy hearts).

Left ventricular end-diastolic dimension: 3.5–5.7 cm.

Right ventricular size: Normal if ≤4.2 cm basal diameter.

Valve areas and gradients within reference limits.

No significant pericardial effusion or wall motion abnormalities.
